Hello, welcome to my site.

Here you will find a collection of projects and short essays about the various things which interest me.

My professional interests are currently, systems programming (especially operating system design), programming language development, simulation programs, computer graphics, machine learning, computer-human interfaces, and video game design.

A few of my personal interests are video games, 3D modeling/animation, the visual arts, computer hardware/microelectronics, gardening, downhill skiing, coffee, reading, music composition, philosophy, linguistics, theology, political economy, history, sci-fi, fantasy, and table top rpgs.

I am a software developer and I have worked in a bunch of different areas over the years. Desktop development, AR apps, video game development, embedded real-time systems, web development, and custom software development.

I have a passion for free and open source software.

I tend to avoid social media, but I have been using some services in the fediverse like mastodon and lemmy.
